A method for manufacturing an anisotropic conductive film is provided to reduce a manufacturing cost of the ACF(Amorphous Conductive Film) by using a low-cost conductor or a laminated film having a conductor and a nonconductor. A protrusion(13) of a stripe shape is formed on a conductive film, so that a vertical conductive path is formed. A nonconductor is coated on the conductive film to maintain a film shape after a selective process. An opposite surface with respect to the vertical conductive path is polished to separate respective vertical conductive paths from one another. The protrusion or stripe shape is polished, so that an insulation material(8) is removed and a conductor(6) is exposed.
