A method of massively manufacturing a cylindrical snack coated with caramel is provided to solve the problems that tails are generated, coat the entire center with caramel and allow for easy production of snack products coated with caramel by using a center comprising cylindrical confectionery. A center(1) comprising cylindrical confectionery is arranged on a net-type conveyor belt(2) and coated with caramel syrup with 85 to 90Brix and a viscosity of 60 to 390P at 60 to 85deg.C with a coating apparatus(4) by flowing of the caramel syrup in a curtain form at 60 to 85deg.C from a caramel syrup supply tank(3), attached with nuts or nut granules with a topping apparatus(6), cooled to 25 to 35deg.C through a cooling tunnel(7) and coated with chocolate with a liquid chocolate coating apparatus(8). The cylindrical snack(10) comprises: a first layer comprising the center and caramel; a second layer comprising cereals, nuts or nut granules and a third layer comprising chocolate. The center is filled with cream, jam or marshmallow. |
