A multifunctional stair structure for an apartment house is provided to allow residents to escape from the apartment house in an emergency by converting stairs into a slide. A multifunctional stair structure for an apartment house includes a stair section(11), an incline plane(15), a stair frame(10), and a rotation motor. The stair section(11) is rotated by the rotation motor at an angle of 180 degrees. The stair frame(10) has an upper surface on which the incline plane or the stair section(11) is positioned. The rotation motor turns on the operation switch to rotate the stair frame(10) by using a gear belt. The stair frame(10) includes a vertical surface and a horizontal surface. The stair frame(10) has a front end of the horizontal surface formed with the stair section(11) to which a non-slip is fixed. |
