A removable tunnel form is provided to hinge a wall mold, a slab mold, and a support and employ a coupling member of coupling the wall mold with the slab mold, such that the slab mold is separated from the tunnel form and then the wall mold is separated from the tunnel form. A tunnel form includes a wall mold(100), a slab mold(200), a coupling member(300), and a support(400). The slab mold(200) is hinged with the wall mold(100). The coupling member(300) couples the wall mold(100) with the slab mold(200). The support(400) supports the slab mold(200). The height of the slab mold is adjusted. The coupling member(300) includes a pulling member(310) and a length adjusting member(320). The pulling member(310) has a section surface in the shape of U. The pulling member(310) has an upper end hinged with the slab mold. The pulling member(310) is provided at a lower end with a knob. The length adjusting member(320) is rested into the pulling member(310), and has the first end hinged to the pulling member(310) and the second end hinged to the wall mold. The pulling member(310) is separated form the length adjusting member so that the slab mold is pulled downward if the pulling member(310) is pull.
