The proposed process of measuring the conductivity of a rod of thermoelectric material consists in passing current through the rod between the one of the end points and the center point of the rod, measuring the voltage drop on the said section of the rod after achieving equality of temperatures at the end and the center points, passing current through the rod between the other end point and the center point of the rod, and measuring the voltage drop on the said section of the rod after achieving equality of temperatures at the end and the center points.
