A method for control of process of drying coffee extract includes measurement of temperature of drying agent at inlet to drier, measurement of temperature of drying agent at outlet from drier, measurement of product temperature before sputtering, measurement of rarefaction in furnace and in cone of drier, control of temperature of drying agent at inlet to drier, control of temperature of drying agent at outlet from drier, control of rarefaction in furnace, control of rarefaction in cone of drier, measurement of fuel flow rate for burning in furnace.
