Connection of part and shaft has a shaft with conical smooth working surface, a part installed on working surface of the shaft, and flange with bolts for fixation of the part installed on the shaft at side of larger base of working surface, at that it is additionally equipped with compression springs arranged mostly as disc ones and installed on the flange.
