A waste sludge pumping device is provided to prevent damage of a pump by crushing and cutting solid matter at an impeller rotating at high speed and a suction port and to increase pumping power. In a waste sludge pumping device, a pump(10) is composed of a motor(12) positioned at the upper part; an impeller installed inside and disposed at the lower part; and a casing(11) for ejecting sewage or excretions pumped up. A discharge pipe(20) is combined to one side of the casing to discharge the pumped sewage or excretions. A crushing pipe(22) is connected to the discharge pipe and provided with plural ejection-holes(23) formed at the bottom side to jet some of the pumped sewage or excretions.
