Polyvinyl chloride composition (I), with high thermal stability, surface quality and notched-impact-strength, comprises: polyvinyl chloride components (100 parts by weight) with a K-value of 55-80 in accordance with international organization for standardization1628-2; calcium carbonate (0.1-20 parts by weight) with a nanometer range particle size and stearic acid coating (1-4 wt.%); high impact modifier (0.1-10 parts by weight); stabilizer mixture (0.1-10 parts by weight); and titanium dioxide (0.1-10 parts by weight).
