METHOD FOR ASSESSING OF SUBSTANCE EFFECTS AT NUCLEIC ACID

A method for assessing of the substance effects at nucleic acid comprises formation of the liquid-crystal dispersion of the nucleic acid. The liquid-crystal dispersion is formed by drying the solution of the nucleic acid solution and the substance mixture, the film with then appropriate texture is generated. The conclusion about substance effect is made based on the ratio of the textured film area to the total area of the film.
