A mounting structure for a fender insulator of a vehicle is provided to couple a fender insulator firmly and to reduce the inlet of the wind and noise by embedding a fender insulator fixing device in one end of the fender panel. A mounting structure for a fender insulator of a vehicle comprises a fender panel(50), a fender insulator(60), and a fender insulator fixing device(70). The fender insulator is installed between the fender panel and the pillar outer panel to preclude the inlet of the wind and the noise. The fender insulator fixing device is embedded in the fender insulator and fitted to one end of the fender panel. The fender insulator fixing device includes a housing(71), a ball joint clip(72), and a core(73). The housing is formed with a side having a hole toward the fender panel. The ball joint clip is mounted in the housing to be fitted to one end of the fender panel. The core is integrally formed with the ball joint clip to fix the ball joint clip by applying the reaction force to the ball joint clip toward the inside in the housing.
