A noise absorbing wall for a road having shock sensing function is provided to enhance the durability of the noise absorbing wall by preventing the erosion of the noise absorbing wall caused by snow or rainwater introduced thereinto. A noise absorbing wall comprises a front noise absorbing member(20), a rear noise absorbing member(22), an elastic member(28), a detector(32), a transmitter(34) and a power supply(30). The front noise absorbing member(20) has a plurality of noise absorbing thruholes(21) formed therein, and has a hooking unit(26) at a top part thereof. The front noise absorbing member(20) has a lateral section in the form of a letter seven. The rear noise absorbing member(22) includes noise absorbing material(23) therein, and has upper and lower hooks(24) to couple with the hooking unit(26). The rear noise absorbing member(22) has a trapezoidal shape.
