FIELD: mixing engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: vibration mixer comprises container that is made of a cylinder, provided with charging hopper, and flexibly mounted on the base, discharging hatch, vibration exciting member, and cylindrical springs for mixing. The container receives the rotating shaft. One end of the springs is connected with the shaft in spiral perpendicular to the axis of the shaft. The length of the springs is less than the distance between the springs that are arranged in a single plane along the length of the shaft and is less than the radius of the container. The distance between the adjacent springs is larger of equal to the diameter of the spring. The vibration exciting members are mounted at the ends of the shaft from the outer side of the container. ^ EFFECT: improved quality of mixture. ^ 2 dwg |
