FIELD: fishing. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in setting the fishing-rod with hook and fishing-line and automatic hook-setting. Fishing is carried out with the aid of electron fishing-rod provided with drive for horizontal and vertical motion and hook-setter. Fish is tracked by at least one video camera carried under water on board the submarine and electron fishing-rod; video image is transmitted to user's computer via Internet. Device includes fishing-rod, fishing-line with hook and automatic hook-setter. It is additionally provided with at least one electron fishing-rod, hook-setter and at least one video camera secured on submarine hull. Video camera is connected to service computer carried in submarine which is connected in its turn with user's computer via Internet. Manager's server is connected to Internet.
