The proposed method for filling an article with gaseous mixture when testing the article for tightness consists in producing vacuum of about 10-2 mm Hg in the cavity of the article, feeding test gas and filling gas to the article by using separate pipelines, controlling the flow rate of each gas, providing vortex formation in the gases and the outflow of each gas in a supercritical flow mode in order to provide a specified ratio between the mass flow of the gases. The proposed device provides a possibility to increase accuracy in metering components of gas mixture.
