A process for the preparation of blended apple juices includes preparation of juices to blending, separation of the sediment, mixing the components, pasteurization. The apple juice, as the base, prior to the blending is additionally checked for the compatibility of the components and ratios according to a criterion of the vitamin C content and sugar-acidic index of the juices being blended.
