Method for treatment of recurrent choledocholithiasis

A method for treatment of recurrent choledocholithiasis includes duodenoscopy, endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography, second endoscopic papillosphincterotomy and attempt of deleting of concretions. Ursofalk and Duspatalin are prescribed to the patient in therapeutic doses 5-7 days prior to operation. The hepaticocholedoch sanation is conducted by heparin solution in physiological solution after second papillosphincterotomy and abortive attempt of deleting of concretions. The hepaticocholedoch sanation is repeated in every 5-6 days up to reduction of sizes of concretions followed by lithoextraction through transpapillary access.
