A method for pain syndrome prophylaxis at the use of removable dentures comprises the preprosthetic preparation. Preprosthetic preparation is performed by electropuncture diagnosis of the tissues state of the teeth and the jaws according R. Fall's method. The threshold of pain sensitivity of mucus shell of alveolar outgrowths and palate is determined. Auricular microacupuncture is carried out in suitable auricular points of area of earlap by needles-tacks. The microacupuncture is carried out by continuous influence on the group of acupunctural points, duration of cycle is 7 days.
