A bookmarked site standby screen arrangement method using a mobile communication network is provided to be capable of adding bookmarked sites to a standby screen of a mobile communication terminal in abbreviated icon type, so that a user can immediately enter desired sites on the standby screen. If a user selects a bookmark add menu of a site URL(Uniform Resource Locator) while using a wireless Internet, a mobile communication terminal transmits a bookmark add message to a WAP(Wireless Application Protocol) server(S101). The server transmits the corresponding URL to a bookmark server(S102). The bookmark server stores the received URL information by user(S103). A push server receives the bookmark information of the corresponding site URL from the bookmark server, and transmits a bookmark icon of the bookmark information to the terminal(S104). The terminal receives the bookmark icon, and disposes the icon on a standby screen(S105).
