A contact point terminal of an ignition key switch is provided to reduce sparks by attaching a contact point horizontally, thereby improving the durability in spite of an excessive contact capacity. A contact point terminal of an ignition key switch includes a body(40), a plurality of connectors(51,52,53,54,55,56), leaf springs(31,32,33,34), upper plates(11,12), and a circular cam(20). The connectors are inserted into connector holes formed on both sides of the bottom surface of a top-opened accommodation part of the body. The leaf springs are mounted to the bottom surface of the accommodation part and are electrically connected to a part of the connectors. A variable contact point is formed in an operation part protruding upward. The upper plate is mounted on the upper part of the accommodation part and is electrically connected to the other connectors. The upper plate includes a fixed contact point horizontally attached to or separated from the variable contact point. A plurality of radial protrusions is formed in the circular cam.
