A method for obtaining of fresh water by freezing includes the submergence in container with a fluid of rod end-effectors, taking of a heat away from the surface of the rod end-effectors, freezing of the ice blocks on them, extraction of end-effectors from container, keeping them on air, separation of the pickle into the container, removing of the ice blocks from the end-effectors of and their smelting. During the time of freezing the fluid is mechanically agitated.
