A vibration-relieved handle 1 for fitting on a guide handle (2, figure 1) of a vibratory plate (3, figure 1) includes a spacer device 5 that is pivotally connected to the guide handle (2, figure 1) via one or more primary connections 6. It also includes a grip part 7 that is pivotally connected with the spacer device 5 via one or more secondary connections 8. The pivotability in the connections 6, 8 is not subject to elastic influence, thereby assisting in protecting the user from sustaining injuries caused by vibrational forces from the vibratory plate (3, figure 1). Preferably the spacer device 5 comprises a pair of plastic links of plastic or rubber material. The grip part 7 may pivot down to be held by a clip (13, figure 3) located on the guide handle (2, figure 1) when not in use. |
