METHOD FOR DETERMINING TOTAL CONTENT OF PRIMARY AMINES BY SPECTROPHOTOMETRIC AND CHROMATOGRAPHIC ANALYSIS

The proposed method for determining total content of primary amines by spectrophotometric and chromatographic analysis consists in extracting primary amines from solution or solid substance by steam or thermal treatment, providing the reaction of the product obtained with diazotized 4-nitroaniline for the purpose to convert the amines into nitrogen compounds, providing the reaction of the product with solution of aprotic organic solvent in water for the purpose to convert the nitrogen compounds into 1,3-bis(4-nitrophenyl)-triazene and performing spectrophotometric and chromatographic analysis of the product obtained.
