A passenger air bag door structure is provided to prevent a joint line formed between an air bag door unit and a crash pad from being exposed outwardly, by integrally molding the air bag door unit and the crash pad into a single body. A passenger air bag door structure includes an air bag door unit(20), a crash pad(10), and a chute unit(30). The air bag door unit includes a door body(21) having a first tilt portion(22), and a groove(24) formed on a lower surface of the door body in a lengthwise direction. The air bag door unit rotates outwardly by an air bag which operates to protect a passenger on a passenger seat. The crash pad has a second tilt portion(12) surface-contacting the first tilt portion of the air bag door unit. The crash pad is molded integrally with the air bag door unit so as to prevent a joint line formed at the surface-contact area is prevented from being exposed outwardly. The chute unit is arranged to tightly contact a lower side of a joint surface between the crash pad and the air bag door unit, and extended in a backward direction and connected to an air bag housing(6). The chute unit is tightly fixed at the crash pad and the air bag door unit through a vibration fusion process.
