The invention relates to the field of metallurgy. The cooled plate of metallurgical unit is made with the longitudinal channels for cooled medium circulation, which in the cross section have elongated form with the biggest size parallel to the working surface of the cooled plate, at that channels are located with displacement to the working surface of the cooled plate, distance between the longitudinal axis of channels and working surface of the cooled plate is between 1.25 and 1.75 of the less size of the channel, at that distance between neighbouring channels is between 1.25 and 1.75 of the greater size of the channel, at that the ratio of the less size of the channel and greater size of the channel is between 1:4 and 1:6. The invention allows to increase efficiency and uniformity of metallurgical units cooling.
