FIELD: radiolocation, possible use for creating radiolocation measuring complex. ^ SUBSTANCE: in claimed device receiving-transmitting antenna is made in form of phased antenna array, consisting of n elements, while one fifth part of elements is connected in parallel and connected to output of transmitter, and the rest of elements are interconnected with possible phasing and connected to receiver, additionally device contains block for estimating object dissipation surface, block for compensating remainder background reflections and block for creating and controlling directional diagram of receiving part of antenna, interconnected in a certain way. ^ EFFECT: increased resolution during measurements of effective dissipation surface of objects. ^ 2 dwg
