<p>The invention relates to the field of ferrous metallurgy. The method for blast-furnace water cooling system operation involves simultaneous supplying of cooling water by circulation pumps through the supplying main pipeline in the at least two vertical sections, in each of which water is heated in the lower area of cooling and is supplied to the gathering main of the mentioned zone, after which water is supplied to the upper cooling zone with the subsequent heating and supplying in the gathering main of this zone, from the gathering main of lower cooling zone the heated water is supplied through a pressure pipeline into the supplying collector of the upper cooling zone, and from the gathering main of the upper cooling zone heated outlet water is supplied to the outlet main pipeline, it is cooled in the heat exchanger and again supplied through the circulation pumps into the supplying main pipeline, at that the water column is formed with the use of expansion vessel, connected with the outlet main pipeline, at that the top level of water column is disposed in the vessel higher than the outlet water level in the gathering main of the upper cooling zone, and increased pressure is created with gas in the expansion vessel, and in the process of blast-furnace cooling the water level is controlled in the expansion vessel. The invention allows to raise the efficiency of blast-furnace cooling and simplify the construction of water cooling system.</p> |
