A water permeable type functional elastic pavement material is provided to increase productivity and constructability, to prevent ground subsidence and to have excellent water permeability and skid-proofness. A water permeable type functional elastic pavement material comprises a bearing layer(20) formed on the upper part of a water permeable base layer(10) by using a polyolefin based mesh, a water permeable auxiliary base layer(30) formed on the upper part of the bearing layer by using a mixture of urethane binder, waste rubber or waste tire powder and waste aggregate, a rugged elastic pavement layer(40) formed on the upper part of the water permeable auxiliary base layer by mixing 2-liquid urethane binder and waste tire or waste urethane powder and spraying on the surface to a thickness of 1~3mm to have a water permeable porous rugged surface, and a top coating layer(50) formed on the upper part of the rugged elastic pavement layer by coating with skid-proof top coating materials to a thickness of 50~100‘í. |
