摘要 <p>A temperature control system of a high frequency induction heating apparatus is provided to sense a process temperature in real-time and control the process temperature through shape of an article to be worked and related data when performing a sheet metal process and a paint coating and hardening process. A temperature control system of a high frequency induction heating apparatus comprises: a transfer equipment(19) transferring an article to be worked at a predetermined speed; a preheating operation module removing water remained on a surface of the corresponding article and preheating the article at a predetermined temperature according to an operation control signal; a first temperature sensing part(20) sensing a preheated state of the article discharged along the transfer equipment and outputting the sensed preheated state of the article; a paint coating module coating a specific paint on an exposed surface of the corresponding article; a paint hardening module sensing whether it is an optimal temperature or not in real-time and adaptively conducting a heating operation according to the sensed temperature to harden the pain coated on the surface of the article; and a central control module(16) providing the paint hardening module with information on process temperature corresponding to the article, and controlling flow of the entire process by receiving the control state from the paint hardening module. The preheating operation module includes a first heating part(11) and a water drying control part(14). The paint coating module includes a spray gun(18) and a powder booth(17). The paint hardening module includes a second heating part(12), a second temperature sensing part(21), a third heating part(13), and a paint hardening control part(15) for hardening a powder paint.</p>
