A device for gas-free laparoscopic operations comprises working part as a shank is made of stainless medical steel. The shank is straight. The fixative handle is disposed on a tip of the shank. The cylinder metallic tube, which is put on a shank, is a part of working part. The tip of tube is fastened by a fixing ring on a shank with possibility of free motion of shank. The lower third of tube is cut along on three parts. The cut parts of tube areconnected with the underside end of shank by three spits and fixative nut with opening, which is located on the end of the shank. Three blades are fastened hingedly on the other ends of spits with possibility of their opening under the corner of 90 DEGREE to the handle. Free ends of blades are slightly rounded.
