A device for cooling granulated carbon black contains a horizontally located housing and a cylindrical shaft with intermixing elements fixed on it, located in the housing with possibility of rotation with the aid of the drive. The housing is made in the form of a carrying chute formed by vertical walls and semicircular bottom, and it is equipped with upper and end covers, loading and unloading branch pipes. The intermixing elements are made in the form of auger blades fixed along the cylindrical shaft with a set step. The housing and cylindrical shaft are made from detachable sections, which contain end and intermediate sections, the housing is additionally equipped with a hatch for supply of air coolant mounted in the area of unloading branch pipe, and with limiters fixed on the vertical walls of intermediate sections above the cylindrical shaft. The loading branch pipe is made with possibility of discharge of air coolant through it, and the auger blades of intermixing elements, except for those located in the areas of loading and unloading branch pipes, contain open-end holes made along their helix with a displacement relative to each other for an angle ?, and the blades fixed in their upper parts in parallel to the longitudinal axis of the cylindrical shaft.
