A process for manufacturing the honey liquor 'Raspberry in cognac' provides for brewing up natural honey based on the grape must, the dry grape wine stocks, domestically produced or imported. Upon brewing up the must, the following ingredients are added: the three-year old cognac or 3-5-year old cognac alcohol, wine stock, dry or fortified, raspberry juice (fermented with the addition of ethanol) or raspberry flavor, sugar syrup, citric acid, and rectified ethanol. Aromatic ingredients are added when the must is brewing up.
