FIELD: heat supply systems. ^ SUBSTANCE: local heating system comprises pressure-tight heating pipe with charging branch pipe, temperature control unit, and electric heating member. The detachable electric heating member is mounted at one of the ends of the additional horizontal chamber that is provided with fastening member and underlies the pressure-tight heating pipe which rotates around a pivot to be at different angles to the vertical and horizontal planes, is filled with a heat-transfer fluid, and is connected with the additional horizontal chamber through the adapting branch pipe provided with a valving member.
