A junction box for a vehicle having a fuse structure of dual power systems is provided to output two kinds of powers such as ACC power or B+ power according to mounted height of a fuse by mounting first and second power terminals on the upper and lower parts of a PCB substrate. A junction box for a vehicle having a fuse structure of double power systems comprises a printed circuit board(10), a pair of first power terminals(12), a pair of second power terminals(16) and a fuse housing(20). The PCB is placed in the junction box. The first power terminals are contacted to be communicated with a conductive pattern formed on an upper surface of the PCB. The second power terminals are contacted to be communicated with a conductive pattern formed on a lower surface of the PCB. A lower end of the fuse housing is integrally formed with a pair of fuse blades(22) inserted in the first or second power terminals. Each inner end of the first power terminals is formed with locking protrusions(14), and front and rear surfaces of the fuse housing are formed with locking grooves(24) so that the locking protrusions are inserted.
