A QoS-guaranteed DMB system considering a user environment in a mobile terminal is provided to offer a suitable DMB service according to each user environment or the internal/external environments of each terminal in consideration of each user's inclination and various context features. A QoS-guaranteed DMB system considering a user environment in a mobile terminal consists of a video input unit(140) and an adaption engine(100). The adaption engine(100) comprises a transcoding module(110), a policy module(120), and a transmoding module(130). The transcoding module(110) converts the attributes of an inputted video, such as its resolution and frame size. The policy module(120) specifies into which form the inputted video should be converted. The transmoding module(130) regenerates a text, an audio, and an image from the video. Or the transmoding module(130) regenerates a respectively different combination of each format.
