A system for simultaneously reconciling a merchant's point of sale/electronic payment transactions data to the merchant's bank account deposits and chargebacks data received from the merchant's merchant account/processor's transactions to the data in the merchant's legacy general accounting ledger system. The system provides a software object running on a computer, which software object is in communication with a source of the point of sale/electronic payment transactions data, with a source of the merchant's bank account deposit and charge back transactions data from the merchant's chosen merchant account, and with the data in the merchant's general ledger system. The system is further capable of simultaneous reconciliation of an arbitrary number of acounts, limited only by the hardware of the user's computing system.
