An RFID device is provided to reduce current consumption due to generation of a new control signal in a memory block by synchronizing an operation signal of a memory block and the digital block in the RFID device. An analog block(100) outputs an operation command signal by receiving an RF signal. The digital block(200) generates/outputs an address and operation control signal according to the operation command signal received from the analog block, and outputs a response signal to the analog block. The memory block(300) generates an internal control signal for controlling operation of the memory block by receiving the operation adjustment signal, and reds and writes data to an FeRAM(Ferroelectric RAM) according to the internal adjustment signal. The internal adjustment system is synchronized with the operation control signal output from the digital block. The operation control signal includes I/O(Input/Output) data, a chip enable signal, the first output enable signal, and the first write enable signal. |
