<p>In a time management method for managing the time of a plurality of virtual systems, a service processor holds the difference between the entire system time and the virtual system time for each virtual system and the firmware of the virtual systems acquires the entire system time and the difference between the entire system time and the virtual system time, calculates the difference between the entire system time and the time to be changed, adds the both differences and reports it to the service processor. This enables the virtual system time to be changed without requiring time management hardware in each virtual system. Since a service processor (2) performs only an update processing, it is possible to prevent a time setting error resulting from a delay in a calculation processing or the like.</p> |
