<p>A method for giving ring back tone as a present includes steps: through third party platform benefactor located, the benefactor selects ring back tone and initiates present of ring back tone; treating present request of ring back tone from the third party platform, the ring back tone platform downloads ring back tone selected by the benefactor to personal base of ring back tone of the receiving party, in the case of meeting the predeterminate condition. The said ring back tone platform returns result (success or failure) of treating the present back to the third party platform; receiving the result of treating the present, the third party platform deducts fee from the benefactor. If deduction is successful, then the receiving party is informed that presenting ring back tone is received; otherwise, the downloaded ring back tone is deleted from the personal base of ring back tone. There are also apparatus and system for realizing the said method in the present invention. By the present invention, user can give ring back tone as a present expediently, therefore it is convenient for the development of ring back tone service.</p> |
