The difference between outputs from terminals can be easily measured. A signal measuring device (2) receives measurement object signals generated by modulating different-frequency signals having mutually different frequencies and outputted from respective output terminal. The device (2) comprises a combiner (22) for combining measurement object signals outputted from the output terminals, an orthogonal demodulating section (23) for demodulating the results of the combination by the combiner (22), an FFT section (24) for expressing the demodulation results in a frequency range, and a characteristic measuring section (26). The characteristic measuring section (26) measures data for each frequency on the demodulation results, acquires output terminal-corresponding data corresponding to the output terminals from the former data, derives the characteristic of each output terminal from the output terminal-corresponding data, and acquirers the difference of the characteristics between the output terminals from the derivation results.
