PURPOSE: A lid structure of a washing machine is provided to improve the strength of lid edges while keeping the transparency of the lid, and reduce the shock applied from a top cover when closing the lid. CONSTITUTION: A lid structure of a washing machine includes a lid(11) made out of transparent material entirely and covering the upper portion of a top cover by edge portions, a lid cover(11c) made out of a transparent material to be coupled with the edge areas of the lid, and at least one or more buffering elements(30) composed of a rubber or sponge material mounted to the bottom surface of the edge parts of the lid for carrying out the buffering performance when colliding with the top cover. |
