An air knife with synthetic resin materials for washing a bend prevention glass panel is provided to integrally attach a rectangular steel pipe to a lower middle portion of a body plate by means of plural bolts. A space portion is formed at the middle portion, except for the rear and both sides, of a body plate(10). The front portion of the body plate is slanted. A thin cover plate(20) is combined with the rear and both sides of the body plate by a combining bolt so that a gap is lengthwise formed to the body plate. A rectangular steel pipe(30) is attached to the lower middle portion of the synthetic material body plate by plural bolts. The length of the steel pipe is shorter than that of the body plate. A u-shaped synthetic material cover member(40) is installed at the outside of the steel pipe so that the steel pipe is completely inserted into the inside of the cover member. The front and rear upper end surfaces and both upper end surfaces of the cover member are lengthwise sealed by synthetic material welding. |
