A flash memory storing system for database system is for interfacing the database system and the flash memory, and comprises a flash memory and a memory interface. The memory interface comprises a hierarchical structure of a logical memory interface and a physical memory interface. The logical memory interface receives commands for data write, delete, and read from the database system and commands for transaction begin, commit, rollback and check point begin, commit, rollback, and adds information for managing data for data input/output commands, transmits to the physical memory interface, and performs operations for management.
