The invention relates to a printing group of a printing press comprising a transfer cylinder (06), a form cylinder, and a first roller (28) of an inking unit (08), which cooperates with the form cylinder as an ink application roller (28). The first roller (28) has substantially the same diameter as the form cylinder (07) while the axes of rotation of the form cylinder (07) and the axes of rotation of the associated transfer cylinder define a plane (E) in the operating position. A plane (A) defined by the axes of rotation of the application roller (28) and the form cylinder (07) form a maximum angle d of 45° along with plane (E) defined by the axes of rotation of the form cylinder (07) and the transfer cylinder (06). The form cylinder (07) and/or transfer cylinder (06) is/are mounted so as to be adjustable in the direction of the transfer cylinder (06) with the aid of at least one actuator (82) which is assigned exclusively to the form cylinder (07) and/or the transfer cylinder (06) and is actuated by a pressure medium while the first roller (28) is mounted so as to be adjustable in the direction of the transfer cylinder (06) by means of at least one actuator (253; 322) that is allocated only to the roller (28), is actuated by a pressure medium, and has one movement component. A second roller (33; 26) that cooperates with the first roller (28) is provided below plane (E).
