A power supply wire supporting device for a power sliding door of a vehicle is provided to prevent a power supply wire from being twisted or interfered with the sliding door, by supporting an intermediate portion of the power supply wire through the use of a tube. A power supply wire supporting device for a power sliding door of a vehicle, includes a vehicle roller member(1), a power supply wire protection member(7), a door roller member(10), and guide plates(5,14). The vehicle roller member includes a roller(2) wound with a power supply wire(6) connected from a battery; an elastic strip(4) arranged at one side of the roller so as to apply elastic force to the roller; and a hinge shaft(3) for moving the roller along an open channel. The power supply wire protection member includes a wire guider(8) having a hollow tube shape for supporting a predetermined section of the wire connected to a motor; and a support member(9) having a spherical shape for supporting and fixing the wire guider onto a vehicle panel(F). The door roller member includes a roller(11) wound with the power supply wire connected to a sliding door(S); an elastic strip(13) for applying force to the roller in the door opening direction; and a hinge shaft(12) for moving the roller along the open channel. The guide plates are arranged along the vehicle panel and an inner panel of the sliding door, and have open channels for insertion of ends of hinge shafts(3,12) for allowing linear movement of rollers(2,11).
