A mass damper is provided to allow only a shift cable to be drawn out from the indoor to the outside of the vehicle and to increase assembly and maintaining repair efficiency by forming a mass part whose upper and lower parts are fixed by fixing parts. A mass damper comprises a mounting part(100), and a mass part. The mounting part is closely contacted with an outer peripheral surface of a shift cable(10), in which an outer surface is formed with combining parts(110), and formed with support parts(120) at two rear ends. The mass part is divided into upper and lower parts, and formed with binding parts(230) corresponding to the combining parts, and formed with fixing parts(240) on the outer peripheral surface thereof to fix the upper and lower parts. The fixing parts have fixing grooves(241), and fixing pins(242).
