A dispenser is provided to prevent ice from being caught in a damper, and to reduce cool air leakage of a refrigerator by sufficiently securing time for allowing all ice in an ice transfer passage to be come out. A dispenser comprises an ice transfer passage, a lever(132), a damper shaft(142), a spring(149) and delay structure. The lever is rotatably shaft-fixed in one side of a main body, and pushed and rotated by operation of a user. The damper shaft is installed in the other side of the main body so as to be rotated by rotation of the lever, and includes a damper for opening/closing the ice transfer passage by rotation. The spring elastically supports rotation of the damper shaft. The delay structure transfers rotation force of the lever to the damper shaft, and delays closing time of a damper(146) by using elastic force of the spring.
