A device for assembling a battery pack protection circuit module, and a method for assembling a battery pack protection circuit module for massive production are provided to improve the precision of distinction of inferior part. A device comprises a conveyer(10) which transfers a battery cell; a PCM supply unit(40) which supplies a protection circuit module(PCM) to the battery cell transferred along the transfer path(12) of the conveyer; a welding unit(30) which welds the PCM supplied to the battery cell with the battery cell so as to be connected electrically; a vision(50) which examines the welded state of the battery cell welded at the welding unit; and a separation unit(60) which separates the battery cell according to the welding state examination result.
