In a substrate (101), high frequency noise is efficiently removed. The substrate (101) is provided with a power supply bus (2), a wiring (21) and a capacitor (C). The power supply bus (2) is arranged on a front plane (101a) at a position where the bus is covered with an element (1). One end (211) of the wiring (21) is connected to the power supply bus (2), and the other end (212) of the wiring (21) is connected to a power supply terminal (P11) from the outer circumference side of the element (1). A part of the cross section area (W1) of the wiring (21) is smaller than the cross section area (B) of the power supply bus (2). Specifically, a part of the cross section area (W1) on the side of one end (211) from a position (r1) where the capacitor (C) of the wiring (21) is connected is smaller than the cross section area (B). The capacitor (C) is connected between the wiring (21) and a wiring (22). |
