MICRO INSPECTION CHIP, OPTICAL DETECTOR, AND MICRO COMPREHENSIVE ANALYTICAL SYSTEM

A micro inspection chip, or optical detector, which enables advancing, at most suitable temperature, of a reaction between reagent and analyte at a detection site of flow microchannel. There is provided a micro inspection chip having a flow microchannel wherein there is at least a site (detection site) for detection of a reaction between reagent and analyte by means of an optical detector, the micro inspection chip provided on its chip surface with heating means, characterized in that the detection site is heated by the heating means. Further, there is provided an optical detector characterized by including at least a light source, a photodetector and heating means abutting with a micro inspection chip having a flow microchannel wherein there is at least a site (detection site) for optical detection of a reaction between reagent and analyte, the heating means capable of heating the detection site.
